I'm trying to point out that Cytodyn is more in the driver's seat than is being portayed. Cytodyn could really be not interested in any deals until after the hold is lifted because they know it is in there best to be able to negotiate a deal with no hold. insead of assuming all outside potential partners hold the cards, cytodyn can wait for the best negotiating point.
