You're making my point. We need a buyout or partnership for the SP to move. Lifting the hold without money or staff to move forward is useless. CYDY must have a 3rd party involved.

I still am in the camp that says anyone who really wanted to do a buyout or partnership would be far bigger and more experienced than CYDY and could help get those holds lifted on a conditional basis in a contract. They would also be smart enough to not wait until the holds are lifted to put something in place, lest the cost to do business go up if there is more than one suitor. Lawyers know how to write conditional contracts with milestones. "No hold lifted, no partnership or buyout obligation" is how it would read.
