No clue as to when the hold might be lifted, but even when it is, unless there is a meaningful partnership announced simultaneously, I think it has very little, if any, influence on the share price. It'd be like "Great, the hold is lifted, but we have no money or staff to do anything, so..." Show us the meaningful partnership!
