Re: HouseofCards #138983
are people thinking it was submitted on Oct 18 simply because of Biloxi's message? unless i'm wrong, Cyrus never said it was submitted on the 18th, right? He said he had finished his part - but it could've taken a couple weeks of legal review, etc.
I think it was actually submitted at the end of Oct. We know the letter came out on Nov 3rd - and the only tangible thing from the letter was the submission to the FDA. In other words, I would bet that letter was written and had already gotten legal approval, etc. - and they were waiting to release it once they completed the FDA submission.
we also know they likely wanted to send that communication as soon as possible - to allow more time between the communication and the vote. Again, the notion that their info to the FDA had been submitted, and then they wait 2 weeks to send that letter doesn't make a lot of sense.
But as with everything related to this stock, i have no clue - Maybe they did submit on the 18th For me, and for my peace of mind - i'm assuming it was month end, and i'm hoping the FDA sticks to the 30 day rule. That puts us sometime in the first week of December. And if it's sooner - great.
