I knew it was limited because the amount paid was less than $5000. But the fact that Podesta filed the 3rd quarter report and did not terminate means to me that Podesta is still contracted to QMC to lobby. I could not think of another reason that a pause is being taken while still filing a third quarter report other than waiting for a possible approval. Active lobbying may be over or may resume at any time but without termination filed, I say, we are still good to go.
