Grant is on the BOD. Most BOD members do not own stock in the company they sit on the BOD for, it can look a "conflict of interest" so they don't simply don't own the stock. The others I assume will be compensated when the time comes.
The 13 million dollars is salaries owed is to Doc and a little for Blickstein. Doc has NEVER taken a nickle of salary out of Univec, he has always deferred it. Yes he can take it any time after the merger, maybe he will or maybe never. He can take it in stock value if he wanted but at pre-merger value the dilution would be shooting himself in the foot, so he will wait but he may never take it, he may just forgive it after the merger. I don't care if he takes it after the merger, it is peanuts at that point. Yes he did forgive some salary debt for about 180 million shares worth of stock dilution a while back, that was discussed when he did it.
