Serious question for the board.
We have Ellis, Farnsworth, Grant and Herron as members of the Univec team. None of them received equity which seems extremely odd. There is $13M in payroll owed. What is all of their incentives to work for Dalton and Univec, a promised deferred paycheck at some point?
$13M is quite the number to have to pay out to employees down the road. I’d imagine if he never launched he would be taken to court for that payment owed.
