Yes, all these individuals have a very immpressive CV, each one of them is
most likely just brilliant in his/her respective field.
BUT without someone who does ORCHESTRATE these talents in the right direction, with conviction and enthusiasm, all of them contribute perhaps less
than 50% of their potential.
Antonio ? Probably a good 'holder of books', but providing guidance to all these
cracks ?
Tanya ? Lack of communication-skills and hiding behind mainly SEC-laws, without a clue about Biotech ?

What is needed - SUBITO - is a CEO who does not play, but IS THE CONDUCTOR !!!!!
