you would think after the time, resources, etc. that this company put into the response, they would respond quickly, and lift the hold. not to mention the fact that the hold was bogus to begin with.

the problem is, it's the FDA - and they don't give a $%&# - and have no one to answer to if they continue to screw with us. so i just have no idea how they are going to respond, or when.

at one point, they had a self-imposed 30 day window to respond to things - but i don't know if it applies to this submission we just made.
