I hear ya, buddy. I don't do litigation, I negotiate and draft the contracts that hopefully keep parties OUT of litigation, because they are well drafted and close loopholes.
For example, having read the CYDY/Amarex deal many times, and understanding the breach provisions, I feel I have a much more clear, intelligent understanding of things based on facts rather than emotion, which doesn't stand up in court. My offer still stands for me to send a copy to anyone who asks me for it so they too can read and understand.
Tying stuff up in lawsuits takes time and money, which not everyone has. Don't cheap out on your lawyer when you start out, or you'll pay a lot for them to try to dig you out of the hole you created when you tried to save a nickel at the start by thinking you knew better than a skilled attorney.
