This shell's value is minus $615,088.00!!! and the decline will continue.
Why would anyone put money in a company that has no business, not even a forward looking statement where the company is heading.
The other board is Not a stock board, it's a support group board

Dalton isn't doing anything, or changing healthcare - the reality is, he's a 75 year old man trading on a few past glories and a bunch of lies - and the biggest kicker is, he's managed to do it for over a decade, enabled by the very people who he has fooled.
