i think the catalyst to the next call will be naming a new CEO - simply because there is no one else to run the call. I don't blame Antonio or Tanya for not wanting the Mic - neither was supposed to ever be in a leadership role here, and neither has the background or experience for it.
There is a reason we got a letter instead of a call. To be clear, i'm thankful for the letter telling us the submission has been completed (and giving us a few other updates), but they had to communicate prior to the vote - and given the lack of a true leader, they drafted a letter. Put another way, a shareholder call at its core should lay out the strategic vision of the company - but who is forming that vision right now? For most of my time it was NP (unfortunately), then Cyrus - but now? A new leader will need to set that track, which I hope and expect will be all about partnerships.
so if i had to bet, they will name a new CEO, and after he gets his email address, gets IT to help him log into his computer, etc., and formulates a plan, they will schedule a call.
as i've said many times, forget the young, hungry visionary here - i want them to pluck the guy right off the golf course who was in the middle of playing a round with some executives at GSK, Pfizer and Merck. Lay the vision out for him, and load his golf bag up with CYDY shares and warrants. Then send him back into the clubhouse to have the post-round drinks with his buddies....
Time to jump straight onto the deal track here.
