The 8-K has been filed with results of the stockholders meeting. Vote on increasing shares was 504,658,717 For; 42,575,745 Against; and 3,188,026 Abstentions (total of 550,422,488 votes cast). If you look at the votes for election of directors and add the For, Withheld, and Broker Non-votes (which was 175,152,701), the total is 550,422,488. Apparently there weren't any Broker Non-votes on the proposal to increase shares.
