I don't think that the quarterly calls have to cover the period ended Sept. 30 like the filings do. They can't talk about things that haven't been made public yet but if they put out a PR the day before the call saying that the hold had been lifted then they could talk about that. If they were to have a call tomorrow, they should be able to answer when they submitted the most recent info to the FDA regarding the hold.
