No people can be held responsible, happens all the time. I’m just assuming FDA employees are witnesses at this point, that is all. From my experience sometimes witnesses statements will put themselves into a corner.

I am in no way saying any of these individuals are guilty of anything. I’m going to give them the benefit here. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be looked into further.

Can we FOIA requests these individuals emails?

If they have nothing to hide shouldn’t be an issues?

I have no problem requesting this information in the future. I’m assuming SEC/FBI is lurking on here, so someone feel free to DM and let me know it’s something already being worked on. I don’t want to poke the bear but if it needs to be done, I have no issue doing so later on.

I do have faith in whoever is investigating this, so this can be complete waste of time.
