Now that we have renewed "hope" that management have been productive within reason for 2023, I agree with you.
If there are any partner/relationships in our near future, then we can predict two things.
1. CYDY has been selling shares for cash.
2. Whomever is our early target, they are already buying shares too.
Note that the volume has been relatively high while price stable. That should not be true for a failing SP that is so very low.
