The BoD knows everything that's going on because they oversee and provide guidance on the company's direction. Until we have a CEO/President, I would assume (IMO) that Tanya, as the Chair, is the decision-maker. Given her past/present relationship with Paulson, I can't imagine Paulson not having visibility into potential offers/partnerships especially given they're under an NDA. That's not to say this type of information would be shared with their reps and anyone who's signed an NDA due to the risk of it getting out, but don't forget CytoDyn and Paulson are connected at the hip. They rely on each other.
