I would also like to point out the numerous highly qualified BOD members as well as others that have worked with the FDA previously that may help lift the clinical hold.
I feel there are more qualified individuals now than ever before. Not to mention the fact that the FDA is aware of how Amarex screwed the company and are also taking action against them.
We shall see what the near future brings……
