Great analysis Jake2212. This all reminds me of an absolutely brilliant film called Sleuth (1972), with the equally brilliant actors Michael Caine and Lawrence Olivier. The plot line “puts into play a high-stakes game of dark deceptions where nothing is as it seems and the endgame could mean…”. I have seen this movie several times…you do not know what is really going on and are kept guessing till the final scene. Sounds familiar to Cytodyn investors. While I would watch Sleuth again in a heartbeat, I don’t want a re-run of the Cytodyn saga, it’s too emotionally exhausting. I agree they are not currently wired even for a partnership but more of a buy-out. With a river of cash obviously they could staff up, but the buy-out scenario at a respectable price, I am ok with that. If a buy-out and they fully intend to squeeze this molecule on all indication fronts I would be happy with a part cash part share swap transaction…take away but reward the pain and suffering endured thus far but still participate in the future.
I am waiting for the last scene to unfold on this dark mystery.
