it is truly bizarre. the only thing i can guess, if it's all true (that he's still employed at CytoDyn, but also doing consulting work for another company at the same time) is that the response to the FDA has indeed been submitted. Otherwise, how would he possibly have the time to consult to another company, even if it was on a limited basis?
