CytoDyn may have kept him on as a consultant or some role such as that. What ever role that provides CytoDyn no need to Press Release his departure.
If the submission is in and most everybody believes it is in probably around 10/18, then no need to PR anything about Cyrus' departure and once hold lifts, Cyrus will likely keep his shares.
I don't see why you don't think CA could have 2 jobs. Many have worked 2 jobs simultaneously.
I would like to ask another question about Biloxi's post:
“Any update to share with our contact in D.C. “
Who is the contact in DC?
Is he referring to the FDA? And was he referring to the submission status?
Why ask for an update if there was no submission? Only if it had been submitted would you ask for an update?
Or, was Biloxi referring to that DC Senator? What do you think he wanted to share with the DC Senator? How the FDA is treating this submission? If the FDA keeps delaying, is that what he wanted to share with the Senator?
