Namibia’s government is “forcing” TotalEnergies and Shell to work closely with BW Energy, operator of the Kudu gas project, on a joint development plan for the huge volumes of natural gas that the trio have found in the prolific Orange basin.
Between them, the two supermajors have found up to 8.7 trillion cubic feet of gas in prolific deepwater part if the basin over the past 20 months — in addition to billions of barrels of oil — augmenting 1.3
