well, i never said Tanya was incompetent. I said that her specialty as a lawyer is defending against litigation - anyone can go to linkedin or wherever and see that clearly. she's never run an actual company, and has no experience or skill the in biotech space. I'll leave it to others to decide if that's the right skillset to make leadership decisions at a pre-revenue biotech.

and your last point about just finding a molecule, and everything will work out ok misses a key point. companies with great molecules (or great products generally) go out of business all the time because of bad leadership - i've seen it three times just in companies i've invested in over the years - thank god i had others to offset, but it's the reality of biotech, venture, etc.
