I read the fine print when the filing was made. The total number is considered “beneficially owned.” He could exercise the warrants at anytime and vote with 50m shares so I assumed that’s why the size of his position has to be reported. Is that incorrect?

50m total is bullish no matter how that position is structured. Good for him that the bigger percentage is in warrants. Wish mine was.
