I think it would be difficult to get a partnership with any clinical hold in place on any indication. imagine you are potential partner for cancer, and notice the FDA has a clinical hold on the indication that was to have a full BLA approved? i would think they don't want to find out something is amiss. as much as we assume the partner will do their own research and see things as we know, thy might just pause until it is resolved. On the other hand, it would be a cheap time for the partner to jump in before the hold is lifted.
