R & D was 1.9 million between June and August. With no ongoing trials what could be the reason? It almost certainly was spent getting materials in order to have the hold lifted. Which certainly would go to current management trying to overcome the FDA's hurdles. The communications blackout is annoying as hell. Given past events it's understandable to some extent. But they must understand that once the hold is lifted they will need to PR in order to raise funds at the most advantageous share price.
