I believe Ritz is correct and I was wrong for the second time yesterday, as is likely proven by looking at the list of filings on the EGDAR page.
The "reporting date" was the end of the period 8/31/23 so the supplemental submission probably could have been completed by now.

Very sorry for any confusion. I really shouldn't try to analyze this stuff when I'm feeling bad (I've been diagnosed with CFS) but I love doing it. I also got really confused yesterday trying to follow a discussion about terms of a royalty agreement for another stock I own.
