Once again there is no argument here. I’m not deleting the previous post because it is so obvious people are completely wrong and once again trying to interpret things which are not meant to be interpreted. I will spell it all out for everyone else.
The phrase "As of the date of this report" is a standard way of indicating that the information contained in the report is time-sensitive and relevant only up to the mentioned date. This serves several important purposes:
Clarity and Precision: It ensures that the reader or recipient of the report knows exactly when the information was valid, eliminating any potential confusion or ambiguity. Which some are clearly trying to do here.
Legal and Contractual Context: In legal or contractual matters, specifying a date is crucial for determining compliance or the validity of certain conditions, as it establishes a clear point in time. Craig probably doesn’t even know this.
Accountability: It provides accountability for the report's accuracy and truthfulness. If any changes occur after the report's date, they are not reflected in the report, and the responsibility for any updates or amendments lies with the entity issuing the report. If you want zero accountability go to IHUB I mean LIEHUB.
In essence, "As of the date of this report" is a way of ensuring that the information is not taken as current or applicable to today's date, but rather is locked into the specific date mentioned in the report. This distinction is essential for interpreting the report's findings accurately. In essence I am correct Craig can’t even argue this.
I write reports for a living. This isn’t a debate. You don’t need to have a major in writing to know this. My writing can be atrocious at times and even I know this. Also Evil also writes for a living on a much higher level than anyone on here. I think he is well beyond English 101. People are trying to conflate the truth as always…
