Everyone, please read at least a handful of the most recent posts before posting yourself. As someone else stated, the 10Q covers business up until Aug 31st.
Ergo, the FDA paperwork could have been submitted between now and then. There have, of course, been rumors it was indeed submitted recently but nobody has confirmation yet.
