The assumption is and this is thru most OTC that the unrestricted shares represent the Float and others have used that(cough,cough Toodlesthedumbass)to drive the share price down!
Doc has said float will dry up now no way he says that with 1.2billion float imo
And add in this pic which contradicts their intentions of dilution yet again but yeah we know why they say it dont we?
