I got the same response with an added sentence at the bottom telling me to email IR and not individual emails. I find this to be a joke because the only reason we got any response from IR is likely because we started emailing individual emails. Either way, as much as the email re-affirms that they can't say more per SEC rules etc.. and please read the 10K, i find it crazy that they don't understand that investors can't really vote in the annual meeting without being able to know if the current management has accomplished anything that we voted for in the last annual meeting. this Management needs to stand in the investor's shoes and see that we have been ripped off from what Nader had been promising for years and now are being left in the dark.
