If the company by-laws state that it requires a majority of all shares outstanding, that would supersede the change in the state law. In other words, the changing of the law would not matter until and unless CYDY changed the by-laws.
As far as the company reading emails — I doubt that they do. I’ve gotten obviously AI-generated or form-letter replies to my questions from other companies that were infuriating because they merely thanked me for supporting them, when I wrote them with a question or complaint (hi there, Novavax). CYDY evidently can’t be bothered even to do the minimum of an acknowledgment that they received the email.
