If anyone wants their investment to fail, vote against increasing the share available for the company to use for financing,
If you’re actually an investor, your interests are best served by voting YES, to keep the company in business.
Remember — allowing the company to issue the shares IF THEY NEED TO does not mean they WILL issue all the shares. They’ll sell some of them gradually, as needed.
