Even big banks have been guilty of this form of grand larceny. Why? Just because it has been incredibly lucrative with little to no risk of penalty. Well, that risk just went WAY up.
Yes, the federal government needs to follow through on cannabis reform, ASAP! Just moving it from the schedule 1 to the schedule 3 group would be a major step in the right direction. Supposedly they're very close to accomplishing that.
