yes, that is the cycle that we're currently caught in. the issue with selling shares is that you need some confidence about the future - because the shares are locked up for several months. no investor is going to lock money up given the current situation.

a solid CEO is critical at this point - captain obvious statement there. not only to get this ship moving again, but to restore confidence and lay out a vision going forward. only then will they be able to raise more funds.

i'm sensitive to Cyrus' plight, whatever it is - but man, it screwed us investors, as it put us in this rudderless situation for the past almost 6 months. it was a body blow that we didn't need, that's for sure.
