well, I believe the 2 biggest things that are unknowns right now could be addressed:
1. has the company completed / returned all requested inquiry items to the FDA? they had mentioned September on the call (but hedged that) and when they do, what are broad expectations of timing of what could happen next? the first time around, Cyrus shared progress on this process - and he's conservative - so it seems they could communicate at least with regard to the process.
2. where do we stand with regard to finding a new CEO? i don't need specifics on who that person is - but is the progress going well - do we have multiple candidates - are the candidates impressive - are we getting close?
surely they could communicate with us on these major items and not share any information that the FDA would frown upon. again, it's not like shareholders are demanding specifics - just the courtesy of some communication on these items as we approach 4 months of silence.
and for what it's worth - i think you need to throw your hat in the ring for chief medical officer - you've got my vote!
