If you could please show me where an arbitrator has issued a tentative decision, I would be happy to learn something.
Here is my understanding: "Judges and lawyers have been supportive of tentative rulings in trial and appellate courts because they focus oral argument and reduce judicial costs associated with hearing unnecessary argument."
I do not think that the above applies to arbitrations, but again, please prove me wrong so that I can learn.
