Just as an aside to my last post, it would have been nice if CYDY would have said "The final hearing with Amarex has been set for August 2024 and the arbitrator must render their decision within 30 days" (or whatever an agreed upon time might have been, if there was one).

At least then, we'd know when we might have a final decision, barring unforseen circumstance. Maybe we can ask during the next CC if there was an arbitration agreement that set out a time frame by which the arbitrator must render their decision.
