You talked about a paradigm shift.  People are fascinating.  We are all on a journey of going thru this gift of life and making choices which affect the next choice.  Anyways, you know you have really hit on something.  Looked at from another angle, we are resistant to change. That can be good for certain things and not so good for others. I think that was part of the reason for fleet trials. To get the technology out there so that people could look at it in action without a commitment. Partly, because the units still had some problems to tweak. Vibration, I think, was an issue. Is it as simple as, "we know what our costs are and we don't want to introduce some unknown to the mix."  Seems then like smaller fleet deals would come first until the big guys give in.  Thanks for the thought.  My very best to you,  Jim
