I agree with you on everything you said.
As for the arbitration, I really tried to warn people that arbitration is a VERY long process and once the final hearing is held (in a year), it could be ANOTHER year (or more!) until a decision is rendered. I have family that arbitrated against the tv studio FOX in a 7 figure case in which FOX said "We know we're wrong, but we have more money than you, so come and get us if you can" and it was an open and shut case in my family's favor, clearly, however after FIVE YEARS, the arbitrator somehow found against them and FOX won. It was mind boggling.
We can all be as mad and frustrated at management as we want to be, but they know one thing and one thing for sure: despite people here saying "I'm selling if nothing changes by the end of the year," none of us are going to sell. We're clinging to the desperate hope that once management DOES finally say something, the needle will move and we don't want to be left on the sidelines. I mean, sure, being so damn deep in the red is also a reason not to sell unless you need the writeoff.
