Take a good hard look at CIBH folks. This is one of the very few banks to ever pull itself out of bankruptcy and they are now profitable. They have also just recently been released from a Consent Order from the FDIC . The pps is at .48 as of this post but I don't think it will stay there for long. Look for this stock to be 2.50 to 5.00 by the end of the year.
