No additional dilution from 5/3/23 thru 9/10/23 with Outstanding shares still at 514M shares as of 9/10/23.
Kips Bay Select LP is still holding their IPIX investment with 44,712,000 shares with 8.7% of Outstanding Shares.
The bad:
Cash position of $1M with a spending budget of $1.8M thru June 2023 so IPIX will have to cut expenses and salaries until BeaMedical investment is fully approved and can be monetized.
