Is this the same guy who claimed that he and his friends invested 400,000 USD in ICPA? Now he's sure the ceo is dumping? Maybe it's him and his friends since he only has 350000 shares left now He claimed his neighbor was from CC and he knew big news was coming, next minute he's complaining the CC deal was just a rumor.
