simple. yes on shares but a hard no on compensation. for now. if they get this across the finish line, the hold that is, still no increase until deals are on the table and the stock has given us at least a break even. .compensation increase then and only then. they will most definitely ask for it if things start cookin. giving an increase while we are mostly all underwater is laughable and borderline insulting
