that exactly right Docj - great post.
it's in the company's hands - it's always been in the company's hands. it's never been about outside forces. Outside forces didn't hire / retain Amarex, and outside forces didn't cheat shareholders while sitting in the CEO chair. "as you sow, so shall you reap" - from biblical times, yet just as applicable today.
naming a rock-solid CEO would be the positive surprise you mention - and as you say, we really need a win. I do think a solid CEO can shift our momentum up quite a bit and give us a positive shot in the arm. I had speculated Sept - so i missed the mark. Here's hoping for October!
