BULL,If our oil is around 39 gravity there really shouldn't be any problem with separation. I figure we have petcocks on the side of the Wash tank or holding tank to sample ( take a cut )  Drop a test tube into a old sweet sock, and spin it over your head old school. We should be pretty dry unless we don't sample what's being put in the tanker. You need to know what the cut is .
