One additional thing to consider is that amarex most likely has insurance. So the first pockets to go after would be the insurance. Now, given the accusations of fraud, the insurance company would likely try to claw back any payments they would otherwise be on the hook to pay out. But that should be a fight between the insurance company and amarex. Just something to consider.
