looking like your timing will be more accurate than mine - but i'm not throwing the towel in just yet...
yes, we are WAY overdue. I guess, at the very least, on the next quarterly call we will learn where we stand with regard to the hold. they mentioned September as their goal for submitting all info - but there was a bit of a hedge, as they referenced making sure it was all done the right way (and personally, i'd prefer a couple weeks delay and done exactly right vs. hitting a Sept deadline - because we need to put this hold to bed for gods sake).
and they will have to give some update on the CEO search - maybe we're most of the way down that path, and they are shooting to have that sealed up by the time of the quarterly call.
regarding the settlement from Amarex, after reading the posts of some, i'm more confused than ever about the amount and timing. so perhaps they will be able to shed some light on that.
