SPQS: 8-A12B. I'm not familiar with that Form. it's only the 2nd time I've seen it. MNGG also just posted a 8-A12B recently. Still trying to do some research on it.
The SPQS Form 10 is definitely valid. It takes 60 days to go effective and they will officially be SEC registrant with filing obligations.
