Your words  "flow rates go up and down".  Will the market get excited if TECO announces 80 to 100 BPD and then a month later a well goes down and we go back down to 25? IMO they need to be ultra conservative and be damn sure that any advertised flow rates are much less than actual. I could list five examples where they focked this up including the latest during the CC i.e. 80-100 by end of March and once again; we're not there!
